LL Cool is bezig met een nieuwe plaat. Niet alleen als rapper, maar ook als acteur heeft Ladies Love Cool James zijn sporen reeds verdient. Binnenkort lanceert hij ook My Connect Studio. My Connect Studio geeft producers en rappers de kans om real-time muziek te maken zonder dat ze in dezelfde studio zijn.
Cool J: “Producers e-mail me the track, I’m e-mailing vocals – they don’t like something, I’m sending it back. We’re going back and forth and doing this dance,” zegt LL over het nieuwe project. Voor zijn nieuwe album maakt hij ook gebruik van de nieuwe opzet. I’m going to be doing a little bit of the album on the My Connect Studio, make sure that it is official. And as a matter of fact I started on my album too.”
